Our message is simple:

At Soul Kitchen, we know that exceptional flavors start at the source. That’s why we work exclusively with carefully selected suppliers who share our philosophy of seasonality, freshness, and respect for the environment.

In spring and summer, we handpick seasonal vegetables from Ludwik Majlert. Off-season, they’re delivered by Krzesak. Our decorative herbs come from Andrzej Kmita, and wild mushrooms straight from the forest are provided by Runopollas.
 Each of our suppliers brings more than just product – they’re an essential part of the distinctive flavors found only at Soul Kitchen.

Manager

With us for over six years, our true host treats the restaurant as his own home. Hospitality runs in his blood, and gastronomy is his passion. He cares deeply about our guests and the entire team—training, supporting, and uplifting with positive energy.

Sommelier

 

Paulina Ostrovska – our sommelier, for whom wine is a second language. She honed her skills in top Warsaw restaurants such as Zoni, Kieliszki na Próżnej, and Klonn, where over nearly three years she curated one of the most interesting wine lists in Poland, praised by Wine Spectator and Star Wine List.

 

Certified by CMS and WSET, Paulina doesn’t chase titles—she focuses on emotions awakened during tasting. Her gift for pairing seasonal dishes with wines that tell stories of places, feelings, and moments creates truly unforgettable experiences at Soul Kitchen.
